Checking the customer reviews

All reviews on our products are checked before publication. Each evaluation is checked to see if the evaluation was made by a consumer who has demonstrably purchased the items from us. A release of the evaluation takes place at the earliest after 24 h. These evaluations are marked as "checked evaluation".

In the case of guest reviews, we cannot carry out a check; these reviews are marked as "unchecked review" after they have been activated.
