If you order Dieckmann Aroma raw Coffee, we will supply you with the green, unroasted beans. This means that you do the roasting as well as the grinding yourself. However, the green coffee beans have already undergone all the other processing and cleaning steps. Everything begins with the harvest in the growing country, followed by wet preparation and washing of the coffee cherries. The beans are then dried. The home countries then ship the processed coffee beans to Bremen, where we remove bitter substances and the silver skin with the help of pressure and steam. This considerably improves the taste of the coffee beans.
