Roasting green coffee beans in your own kitchen will turn coffee enjoyment into an entirely new experience in the future. The taste of freshly roasted beans is incomparable. It should be noted that the coffee beans release a small amount of carbon dioxide immediately after roasting, which is why it is recommended to let the beans rest in a suitable storage container for 48 hours.
Roast your own coffee and enjoy many advantages
Once you have unpacked and connected the BEEM coffee roaster, the first roasting process can begin. The scope of delivery includes 300 grams of green coffee beans (100 % Arabica) from Brazil. The green coffee beans are simply filled into the roasting container of the ROAST-PERFECT coffee roaster. The appliance is then closed with the lid facing upwards. Then you can decide whether you want to use the medium or dark roasting degree. Simply press the button to start the roasting process. With interval roasting, the temperature is slowly and steadily increased until a maximum temperature of 200 °C is reached. After the roasting process is complete, you can start the cooling phase by pressing the cool-down button. A roasting process takes about 25 - 30 minutes. With the help of our bean skin collection container, you can save yourself the tedious separation of beans and skin after the roasting process. The skin of the beans is collected in the collection container and can easily be removed separately.
