Roasted Brasilia Coffee – smooth and mild
About one third of the world’s coffees production is grown in Brazil. The country is home to approximately one fourth of the 15 billion coffee trees worldwide, making Brazil the largest coffee-producing country.
Coffee plantations cover two million hectares of land in various altitudes. The coffee culture of this South American country started at the beginning of the 18th century.
The ripe coffee cherries are harvested twice a year between May and November and the green coffee beans are shipped throughout the year. We roast our select coffees from Brazil’s best growing regions using a mild, slow-roasting process.
