Roasted Ethiopia Coffee – full-flavoured and highly aromatic
The coffee culture originated in the late thirteen hundreds in the former African kingdom of “Kaffa“ where wild coffee trees can still be found today.
Due to their unique taste, coffee beans from this country are among the best in the world. And it is mainly the small, privately-owned plantations that produce handpicked raw coffee - – a sought-after rarity.
No machinery is used in producing the traditionally sundried coffee. Varietal Sidamo coffee is produced in the South of the country and is one of the best washed coffees you can find.
This is the Arabica varietal which is imported to Bremen by Dieckmann Aroma Kaffee.
