Basically, coffee shrubs love the tropical climate around the Equator, which, for example, guarantees constant temperatures throughout the year. In the Colombian coffee triangle, the average temperature ranges from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius, which pleases the coffee trees as much as the fertile volcanic soil. Under these conditions, the coffee beans develop a round, mild aroma with a slightly nutty taste. The fact that the caffeine, which is already present in a comparatively small amount, has been removed does not affect the mild character of the roasted Columbia coffee.
